Otis started as a musician winning a scholarship at the age of 13, playing classical trumpet. Otis then went on to study saxophone under British jazz legend Bobby Wellins.
He has worked as a session musician for the past 15 yrs working with artist such as Celine Dion, Art arfunkel, Eternal, Beautiful South, BB & CC Winnans, Boney M, Imagination, Meatloaf, Brittney spears and many more, he has also toured extensively with the London Gospel Community choir.
Otis as a member of his family band won a national talent competition and toured the Caribbean performing to thousands. Career highlights include performing for Nelson Mandela and Prince Charles.
Otis made his west end debut playing the Apollo main man in E&B’s stage production of” the Buddy Holly Storey” at the strand theatre, he then also toured with the Riverdance sequel “The spirit of the dance”.
Otis performs as a solo saxophonist, also along side dj’s in various nightclubs, he also has a duo, trio and even an 12 piece fusion band called Inesse who recently headlined at the Reading jazz & Ale festival. He has performed at countless weddings, parties and corporate events.
